Employees can record their work wishes. Admins use them to prepare schedules, publish them for the team, and keep both the draft and published plan easy to follow.
Organize swaps and cover together.
When a shift no longer works, Planungshelden supports the organization of swaps and replacement cover. Everyone involved can see the current state without piecing the plan together from separate lists and messages.
Shaped around everyday operations.
Custom operational positions and areas reflect where people work. They are separate from access permissions and are not freely configurable permission roles. Active weekdays and shift times can be adapted to opening and working days.
Currently in closed testing.
Planungshelden is in development. The current closed test uses fictional organizations and fictional employee data only; there is no public test access or download here.
