How to request deletion
Email [email protected]. No automated in-app deletion service is offered.
- Use the subject “Delete Planungshelden account”.
- Identify the relevant organization and account email.
- Do not send a password or sensitive details from work wishes or free-text notes.
- A request can be made after the app has been uninstalled.
Verification and handling
Lormalibu Labs acknowledges the request and verifies identity and responsibility for the named organization. Disabling, suspending or archiving access may be used as an interim measure, but it is not complete deletion.
The manual review covers the Firebase account, internal links, work wishes including free-text notes, unpublished schedule data, swap and replacement data, published schedules, technical logs and backups.
Retention and outcome
Planungshelden business data is retained for four weeks from the end of its purpose or the associated planning period. Published schedules remain unchanged during this period, including the names they contain. The affected business data is then deleted through the controlled process unless a documented reason requires temporary further retention.
The response clearly identifies which data was deleted and which data is retained temporarily. Where data is temporarily retained, the reason and intended end date are provided. Technical backup and logging periods are described in the Planungshelden privacy notice.
